The Rules That Govern Your Account
and Use of the Platform

1.Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zal888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the User", "you", "your") in connection with your access to and use of the zal888 website, casino games, sports betting services, payment processing features, and all other products and services offered under the zal888 brand.

By creating a zal888 account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all users of the zal888 platform regardless of their location within Pakistan, including but not limited to users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and towns across the country.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the zal888 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and zal888.

2.Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active zal888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. zal888 is strictly an 18+ platform and does not knowingly permit minors to register or participate.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of zal888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the zal888 platform or from any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion mechanism recognised by zal888.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not hold more than one active zal888 account at any given time.

3.Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To register a zal888 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are obligated to keep your registration details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one zal888 account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or accidental, must be reported to zal888 Support immediately. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zal888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual, and to void any bonuses received across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your zal888 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact zal888 Support immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. zal888 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zal888 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and Raast. zal888 may add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. zal888 does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by zal888 within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. zal888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the zal888 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). zal888 bears no responsibility for any losses arising from fluctuations in exchange rates where a payment provider conducts currency conversion on behalf of the user outside the zal888 platform.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

zal888 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or freeze account activity where suspicious transaction patterns are detected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Funds that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be withheld pending investigation.

5.Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the zal888 platform — including Jackpot Slots, live dealer casino games, ODI Cricket sports betting, Cockfighting, Plinko, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. These individual game rules form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. zal888 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the user.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, zal888 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return the relevant stakes to the user's account.
• RNG games use independently audited random number generation. Live dealer games use physical equipment streamed from licensed studios.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface prior to wagering.
• zal888 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or settle bets differently in circumstances of force majeure, data feed errors, or event cancellation by a sanctioning body.
• ODI Cricket and Cockfighting betting markets are subject to separate market-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform.

6.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zal888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual offer, which will be published at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all zal888 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders in Pakistan only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms.
• zal888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited as part of the VIP Loyalty Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond tiers) are subject to tier-specific terms published in the loyalty programme section.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and are not considered real-money funds until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zal888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for systematic financial gain without reporting the issue to zal888.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Abuse of the zal888 support team, including harassment, threatening behaviour, or submission of false complaints.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or personal information of other zal888 users.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the zal888 platform — including but not limited to the zal888 brand name, logo, design elements, game graphics, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zal888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the zal888 platform or its content without prior written consent from zal888.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, zal888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks).
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity, which is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zal888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Pakistan law.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

zal888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if, in its reasonable assessment, the account holder has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Account closure will be accompanied by a written explanation delivered to the contact details registered on the account.

You may close your zal888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining verified PKR balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.Responsible Gaming

zal888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. All account holders are encouraged to review the zal888 Responsible Gaming page and to use the tools available in their account settings to manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed by the zal888 support team and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, zal888 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from registering a new account or receiving promotional communications.

12.Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed by zal888 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a zal888 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

zal888 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment providers (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and participating banks) is shared solely to facilitate your requested transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

13.Amendments to These Terms

zal888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to request account closure prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
